Beneath the rising moon
Embracing the velvet sky
Roses still in bloom
Catch my searching eyes
Ashamed to admit I saw myself
at the centre of the universe
Will they find my name
On any page of history
If I loose my golden frame
Do they recognise me
I thank my creator for caring
And praise Mother earth for sharing- it all with me
White walls of faith
Hold the sky above
White walls of faith
And whispers of love
As I find my strength
in who I am
And not what I’ve become
Suffering and pain
Never visit anymore
Deceiving friends to blame
When I slowly close the door
As I finally watch them leaving
The only truth I could believe in
White walls of faith
Hold the sky above
White walls of faith
And whispers of love
As I find my strength
in who I am
And not what I’ve become
