Chainsmoking in a rainy Seoul
I know they can tell how this roaming is making old
The milage don´t count when you can´t see the road
and I can´t see the road
We´ve been lovescaping, hunting silver wrapped in gold
We´ve seen every sunset and sunrise unfold
But the further I go the less I want to see
And the higher I climb, the more I long for you and me
So
let´s make dinners
let´s lock the dors and just stay in
and laugh at the winners
look at old pictures from Berlin
But let´s not go there
let´s just sit here
and put everythig at stake
let´s make a baby, for heaven´s sake
I´m so tired of
living up to standards that somebody else are setting and I
so don´t mind if
Paris is a pearl,
New York turns the whole world
the Jazzpolice are coming for me,
if I´d break I´m sure they´d all adore me
But lately all these people do is bore me
let´s make dinners
let´s lock the doors and just stay in
and laugh at the winners
look at old pictures from Berlin
but let´s not go there
let´s just sit here
Let´s put everything at stake
Let´s make a baby for heavens sake
